such applications and documents; to attend

to defend applications and marks from objection,
opposition or attack; to file notices of
opposition and appeals; to pay all fees;
and to appoint substitutes under him for
the performance of any or all of the aforesaid
acts, the same at pleasure to remove; and
we hereby confirm and ratify whatsoever our
said agent or substitutes may lawfully do
by virtue of these presents. |
